JAMEN TROUSDELL
Managing Director
Jamen began his career in civil construction in 2001 before transitioning to the asbestos and demolition industries in 2006, earning both an A-Class asbestos removal license and an open demolition license.
By 2008, he expanded his expertise into the petrochemical sector, working with industry leaders such as Caltex/Chevron, Shell Oil, and Mobil. His skillset further grew with roles in coal seam gas projects, collaborating on various sites with Arrow Energy, Santos, QGC, and Origin Energy.
In 2016, Jamen founded Allied Interest, specializing in facility maintenance, engineering support, emergency callouts, and wastewater treatment operations. As a mechanical and water treatment specialist, he has been instrumental in driving the company's growth, broadening its client base, and pioneering innovative solutions for customers.
With a passion for excellence and a focus on continuous improvement, Jamen is set to achieve his builder’s license in 2025, further enhancing the company’s service offerings.

MARTIN BURCEVSKI
Director
Martin began his electrical apprenticeship in 2009, focusing on the industrial sector with a contractor specializing in the food industry. Over the years, he contributed to new project implementations and ongoing maintenance for major international clients, including George Western Foods and Goodman Fielder.
In 2017, Martin transitioned to Turosi as a full-time maintenance electrician, where he developed valuable expertise in management and strategic planning—skills essential for leading a successful maintenance team. His passion for innovative maintenance solutions fuels his dedication to minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
In 2020, Martin joined Allied Interest to lead the electrical division. His efforts have been instrumental in delivering seamless turnkey solutions for customers, driving innovation, and setting a strategic vision to optimize service delivery across the industry.
